Who we are
OddCount is run by Mykhaylo Vorobets as a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG), VAT number PL6751781952, with its address at Lipowa 3D, 30-702 Kraków, Poland. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Mykhaylo Vorobets. “You” means the business that joins early access or places a founding pre-order.
Early access
OddCount is not built yet. Joining early access puts you on our email list. It doesn’t give you a working service.
Features, plans and dates may change while we build. We are aiming to launch in early 2027, but that is a target, not a promised date. Planned features, including an optional automatic fix for mismatches and Amazon support, are not promised. We may build them later, change them or not build them.
In these terms, “launch” means the day OddCount becomes available to install from the Shopify App Store. We’ll email you when it does.
Business customers only
OddCount is for businesses. By joining early access or placing a pre-order, you confirm that you are acting for a business and not as a consumer.
The Founding plan
Before launch, we offer one plan: the Founding plan. All prices are in US dollars. For a store that subscribes to it:
- Price: $19 per month, locked for that store. The price stays $19 even if our public prices change. It also stays $19 if the store switches to another plan and later comes back to Founding, and if the store reinstalls OddCount. The price lock lasts for as long as we offer OddCount. It stays with the store if the store changes hands.
- Size: up to 25,000 SKUs. A SKU is each product variant (for example, a size or a color) that is listed on eBay.
- Free trial: 14 days when the store subscribes at launch.
- Marketplaces: eBay at launch. If and when Amazon support launches, founding members get it at no extra cost.
- Fees: no commission on orders and no add-on fees.
The founding pre-order
You reserve the Founding plan with a one-time, refundable pre-order of $19, paid through Stripe. The pre-order itself has no trial, because there is nothing to try yet. The guarantee below covers it.
- At launch, you install OddCount from the Shopify App Store and subscribe there to the Founding plan: a 14-day free trial, then $19 per month.
- Refund on subscribe: we refund your $19 pre-order the day you subscribe.
- Refund on request before launch: you can ask for a full refund of the pre-order at any time before launch.
- 30-day guarantee: if you tell us within 30 days after launch that OddCount isn’t right for you, we refund everything you’ve paid us: the pre-order and any subscription charges in that time.
- Automatic refund: if you haven’t subscribed to the Founding plan within 30 days after launch, we refund the $19 automatically.
- If we don’t launch, everyone who placed a pre-order gets a full refund.
Billing after launch
After launch, the Founding plan subscription and its 14-day free trial are billed through Shopify’s billing and are governed by it. Refunds of subscription charges under the 30-day guarantee are issued through Shopify. You can cancel the subscription in one click.
Using OddCount after launch is also covered by the app’s own terms and privacy policy, which we’ll publish before launch.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used for the pre-order, or reply to any of our emails.
If a refund to your card can’t go through, for example because the card has expired, we’ll ask you for another way to send it.
No warranty
Before launch there is no service to rely on. After launch, OddCount helps you notice when your store and your listings stop matching. It does not promise to catch every mismatch. We provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, including the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia), to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us, and we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses. This limit doesn’t apply to damage we cause intentionally.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Polish law. The courts in Kraków, Poland, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and we’ll email you before any change that affects your pre-order. A change never takes away a refund promised for a pre-order you’ve already placed.
Transfer to a new owner
We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over OddCount, for example if we form a company to run it. Your price lock and refunds move with them. We’ll tell you by email.
